What is your lead time for custom designs?

Usually 30-45 days, depending on the complexity of the design. If the garment is needed in less than 30 days, a rush fee will be applied to your invoice.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! I offer no interest payment plans on all custom designs. I do require 50% of the quoted price at the start of the project. The remaining balance must be paid before final delivery of the garment. Your garment will not be delivered until your final balance is paid in full.

Do you design the embroidery in-house?

Yes! I design and digitize in-house. I use state of the art digitizing software and digitize by hand to ensure the highest quality. If you already have artwork that you would like to use, I can digitize and stitch it out, as long as you have the proper permission or you own the artwork. I do not use copyrighted artwork or logos.

How is the embroidery applied?

I typically like to embroider directly onto the garment, but sometimes that isn’t feasible. I will inspect the garment and determine our best course of action. Sew-on and iron-on appliques can be a beautiful addition if you don’t have the budget for custom embroidery.

How are the rhinestones applied?

Rhinestones are applied using a heat-activated fabric adhesive. Once they’re on, they’re on! I take the utmost care when placing and adhering each rhinestone. Most of my designs are placed by hand.

Do you use Swarovski Crystals?

I currently do not use Swarovski. However, the stones I use are of similar quality. You’ll be sure to sparkle and shine!
